Really like where this app is going with its own dedicated community, the current day and age memes range mostly from "eh" to "chuckle" worthy, but the myriad of personalities within the app make it so that theres never a day where Picto feels the same as it did yesterday, which is a big plus. The simplest rule is the best rule: Treat others the way you want to be treated", and you cant go wrong :).

Great community, very united. Very well ironed out, havent found any bugs and the app hasnt crashed in well over one year. This really is a good app, but unfortunately some people from ifunny decided to raid it and leave lots of bad reviews. Dont trust any on the free version.

The reason I choose this meme app above others is the fact that If your post gets enough dislikes (reaches -5 likes) then it is taken off of the regular pages, this is nice because it culls away terrible posts and keeps cancer to the mostly ironic. All social medias in my opinion should incorporate this feature to some extent.

Directions Preheat the oven to 350 F and position a rack in the middle of the oven. Line one 12-cup standard muffin tin or two 24-cup mini-muffin tins with cupcake liners. Whisk the flour, baking powder and salt together in a medium bowl. In another medium bowl, beat the eggs and sugar with an electric mixer until light and foamy, about 2 minutes. While beating, gradually pour in the butter and then the vanilla. While mixing slowly, add half the dry ingredients. Then add all the milk and follow with the rest of the dry ingredients. Take care not to overmix the batter. Divide the batter evenly in the prepared tin. Bake until a tester inserted in the center of the cakes comes out clean, rotating the tin about halfway through, 18 to 20 minutes (10 to 12 minutes for minis).
